Guide to what an Account Manager does at Cybit
The Account Manager plays a vital role in driving Cybits growth by identifying developing and securing new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise space. Using a strategic solutionled approach the Account Manager works closely with customers to understand their needs and build longterm trusted relationships that deliver value. The role is key to expanding Cybits customer base building longterm partnerships and managing the endtoend sales experience.
This role offers handson experience selling enterprise solutions with strong scope for development and promotion while owning new business acquisition within an assigned market.
We are looking for someone with
- Solid experience in identifying progressing and closing new business opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain longterm strategic customer relationships
- Experience managing the full endtoend sales cycle
- A track record of building and sustaining a healthy sales pipeline against targets
- Excellent presentation and proposaldevelopment skills
- Confidence working collaboratively with marketing to support lead generation
- Strong planning and organisational skills including effective account management
- Experience maintaining accurate sales data and activity within a CRM system
- Ability to work with external partners and suppliers to support customer solutions
