Job Summary
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Blacksburg office.

What Youll Do
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Assist with filing scanning and data entry
- Maintain employee and patient records
- Support recruiting onboarding and compliance tasks
- Track documents licenses and certifications
- Assist with scheduling and general office coordination

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Healthcare or home health experience is a plus
