Job Summary
Ready to Spring into a new role Emerest Health of PA isnow hiring Intake Specialist for Berks County
Qualifications:
- This is not a remote position.
- 2 years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused)
- Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area.
- Must be in the state of PA.
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
What Youll Do:
- Conduct quality assurance visits to clients homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families.
- Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits
- Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits.
