Property Maintenance Manager

CRU Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a handson Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.
Your focus:
- Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff
- Keep facilities grounds and services in top condition
- Oversee repairs contractors and compliance
- Manage budgets purchasing and capital works
- Ensure a safe functional and welcoming site for all guests
You bring:
- Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission
- Maintenance / facilities experience
- Confident team leadership
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Manual licence fitness for handson work
