Job Summary

As Regional Manager you will hold full operational accountability for the performance delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your allocated region.

Leading a team of Service Managers across multiple sites you will drive performance against contractual financial and quality measures while strengthening relationships with employers Services Australia and key community stakeholders. You will represent atWork Australia at a regional level and play a critical role in business growth client attraction and service excellence.

This role can be based in Gawler Port Pirie or Kadina with travel across the region as required.

In this role you will:

  • Lead coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement
  • Ensure all contractual compliance quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded
  • Drive placement outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia employers and community partners
  • Provide clear operational leadership performance management and governance oversight
  • Contribute to financial forecasting reporting and risk management
  • Represent atWork Australia at regional forums committees and community events
  • Champion continuous improvement service excellence and valuesled leadership

Qualifications :

Youre a confident commercially minded leader who thrives in complex outcomedriven environments. You bring strong judgement emotional intelligence and the ability to balance performance with peoplecentred leadership.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites within employment services or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of contractual and compliancebased service delivery environments
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated capability in leadership coaching and performance management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong communication organisational and decisionmaking abilities
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
