Located within Billy Button Childrens Centre we are a well-established community-focused service providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children from six weeks to school age.
Sparkways is a Social Purpose organisation supporting children and young people since 1883 delivering high-quality early learning across 40 centres.
About the role
We are seeking Diploma Qualified Casual Educators to join our Footscray team. This is a great opportunity for confident educators who can work across age groups and build strong positive relationships with children.
What were looking for:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Availability Monday to Friday across varied shifts (from 7:30am starts to 6:00pm finishes) with flexibility to be on call at short notice for unexpected cover needs
- Sound understanding of the NQF NQS and EYLF frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive professional and proactive approach
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
