Your New Role

As a full-time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator you will contribute to an environment where learning thrives and children feel supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of engaging high-quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and Montessori principles
• Contribute to the planning implementation and evaluation of educational programs
• Assist in documenting childrens learning through meaningful observations and portfolios
• Build strong respectful relationships with children families and the team
• Work collaboratively with the room leader and wider team to support childrens development
• Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
• Contribute to a positive inclusive and supportive team environment

To Thrive in This Role You Will Need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
• Proven experience working in a childcare setting
• Strong understanding of EYLF 2.0 and National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• A collaborative team-focused approach
• Kindness compassion and professionalism in all interactions
