Your New Role
As a full-time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator you will contribute to an environment where learning thrives and children feel supported to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of engaging high-quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and Montessori principles
- Contribute to the planning implementation and evaluation of educational programs
- Assist in documenting childrens learning through meaningful observations and portfolios
- Build strong respectful relationships with children families and the team
- Work collaboratively with the room leader and wider team to support childrens development
- Ensure compliance with NQS and centre policies
- Contribute to a positive inclusive and supportive team environment
To Thrive in This Role You Will Need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
- Proven experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of EYLF 2.0 and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A collaborative team-focused approach
- Kindness compassion and professionalism in all interactions
