This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to largescale government procurement contractor management and national service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of tender documentation expressions of interest contract drafting and supplier communications.
Issue notices of award variations novations deeds and termination letters.
Assist with transitionin and transitionout activities for procured services.
Maintain accurate procurement records including pipelines RFx documentation submissions evaluations and contract databases.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders contractors and crossfunctional C&W teams.
Support contractor performance management including attending meetings and recording minutes.
Coordinate contractor communications and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Uphold C&Ws global policies including Code of Business Conduct AntiBribery & Corruption Vendor Integrity and Health & Safety.
Actively contribute to C&Ws Diversity Equity & Inclusion goals.
About You
Youll bring a proactive mindset strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and have a genuine interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
Required Experience & Skills
13 years experience in procurement supply chain or a related field (ideally within building services or facilities management).
Basic contractor management experience including KPIs SLAs and scopes of work.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
High attention to detail and strong timemanagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams).
Advantageous: Rapid Global JDE Converga eTendering platforms (e.g. Tenderlink) PowerBI/Triana.
