Lettings Property Manager - Burton upon Trent - up to 32k
My client is a a multi branch independent and well established Lettings and Estate agent who have become a leader in lettings in the Burton area. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a highly organised and professional Lettings Property Manager for their branch in Burton upon Trent.
Main Duties for the Lettings Property Manager role:
You will oversee the management of circa 200 properties across the area ensuring that tenancy agreements inventories and section notices are up to date. You will deal with applications and referencing preparing move in files dealing with property maintenance issues and ensuring all lettings legal compliances are in order. Part of your role as Lettings Property Manager will also involve carrying out inspections and viewings on properties in the area therefore you will be required to drive and have use of your own car for which mileage will be paid.
Skills Required:
Good customer service experience
Problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills
Full UK driving license and use of own car.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 and one in three Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
