Account Manager

Were looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team in a homebased role. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage key partnerships influence performance and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across a dynamic regulated environment.

What youll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with assigned partners across commercial operational and delivery teams
• Representing the business professionally and proactively managing issues risks and opportunities within partnerships
• Supporting the delivery of partner strategies and priorities alongside senior stakeholders
• Coordinating governance activities including meetings reporting packs actions and follow-ups across key forums
• Acting as a central point of coordination between partners and internal teams to ensure aligned delivery
• Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve commercial and customer outcomes
• Overseeing operational performance and supporting continuous improvement across customer journeys
• Bringing together subject matter experts to deliver outcomes and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders

Who were looking for:

• Experience in account management programme coordination or delivery within a complex organisation
• Strong understanding of UK financial services ideally within insurance banking wealth or regulated distribution
• Good knowledge of governance risk and conduct requirements in a regulated environment
• Ability to interpret data and MI to track performance and support decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage across multiple teams
• Understanding of customer journeys particularly digital or contact-centre led models
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress
