Overview:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
What Youll Be Supporting:
Front office operations visitor coordination scheduling and administrative support related to company services and internal office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing data entry and office documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organized and dependable
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus but not required
