Analyst, Business Case Management

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure CIP Terra Technologies is currently looking for an Analyst to join our Business Case Management team in Copenhagen Denmark.

The team
As an Analyst in the Business Case Management team you will be part of a team of six financial professionals based in Copenhagen and Hamburg. The team is responsible for financial modelling forecasting and investment analysis across CIPs managed funds and renewable assets.

The role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will support CIPs investment funds and be involved in financial reporting and analysis throughout the full lifecycle of renewable energy investments. This includes transactions such as project financing and refinancing divestments and risk management.

You will play an integral role in developing and maintaining complex financial models for both existing assets and new opportunities. The role provides broad exposure to valuation performance management decision support and investment reporting across CIPs portfolio.

The position is part-time (approximately 1520 hours per week) and based at our office in Copenhagen.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models for current and future assets.

• Preparing quarterly valuation reports and reporting on investment returns.

• Using AI and data-driven tools to streamline modelling reporting and analysis workflows.

• Delivering ad hoc financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

• Providing robust high-quality analysis and decision support to investment stakeholders.

• Preparing professional financial analysis and PowerPoint presentations for management.

• Contributing to refinancing and divestment processes as required.

About you

You are pursuing a masters degree in Economics Finance Strategic Management Accounting or a similar discipline in Copenhagen or the surrounding area.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

• Is proactive structured and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel

• Has strong numerical and analytical skills

• Has high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Actively explores AI beyond coursework (e.g. building small projects testing tools or automating tasks) and is eager to apply that mindset in a finance setting

• Is proficient in written and spoken English
