Join Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) as Technical Sales & Business Development Manager Tank & Hold Cleaning

Location: Copenhagen Rotterdam Oslo

Type:Full-time Hybrid

We are looking for a highly commercially driven Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to grow and develop our Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions globally.

In this role you will drive profitable growth across building a new client base and contribute to our ambitions to growing business but also develop existing customers in expanding our sales and services. You will combine strong commercial acumen and proven commercial results with shipping and maritime business understanding and knowledge in a consultative sales approach to assist customers maximize value and close high-quality opportunities.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive profitable sales growth and building business across existing accounts and new customers

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from opportunity identification to deal closure

  • Contribute to structured targeted and team-oriented sales activities

  • Act as the commercial and technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organization

  • Develop trusted long-term relationships through a high frequency customer engagements and activities

  • Identify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plans

  • Ensure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governance

What you bring:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing deals

  • Strong negotiation andrelationship-buildingskills

  • International maritime or shipping experience in technical or solution-based sales

  • Maritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)

  • Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office tools

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
