This position is basedinour Global IT Global IT we have spent the past five years building and maturing a product-driven organization. Weoperatewith a strong focus on product management and lifecycle thinking whereteams take full ownership- from problem discovery to solution delivery and continuous improvement - ensuring we addressreal businessneeds.

Within the Clinical domain our organization consists of two product teams and a data team supporting key areas including Clinical Operations Clinical Development Biometrics Clinical Data Management and Clinical Trial Supply

We are seekinga passionate Technical Solution Designer to joinour Clinical domainin Global IT. You willbe responsible fordesigning and implementing technical solutions to clinical data management problems. Practically speaking you will be the technical expert in how our EDCeCOA and Clinical Data Repository (CDR) are our SaaS solutions fall short you will find ways to deliver functionality in collaboration with our Automation IntegrationAIand Analytics teams.

Youwill split your time between the Clinical Data Management team and the Clinical IT team and report directly toPeople Leader Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane and Functional Leader Ivanna Mikhailovna Rosendal bothbased in willalsobe based on Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will beto

• Design and implementtechnical configuration and solutionsto support Clinical Data Management
• Engage with clinical datamanagement colleagues tounderstand trials
• Translate trial criteria to specificationsof configuration needed in our SaaSapplications
• Eitherimplement the configurationsyourself or work with the managed services provider or vendor to implement the configuration
• Provide solutionsduring trial conduct toadjust needed configuration
• Be visionary in improving our clinical data management technical capabilities andsuggest and implement improvementsfor automationintegrationandseamless data flows
• Exposure tosolution architectureacross the Clinical IT domain can be expected.
• Provide and work with vendorL3 supportfor our SaaS solutions
• Assistwith documentation and validation of solutions

Qualifications andSkills

You hold a relevant academic degree preferably aMastersdegreewitha background as an Engineer Configuration Manager or an equivalent technical role.

Youhave solid experience with EDC from a pharma contextand5 years of relevant experience across complex organizations.

Furthermoreyou have:

• A strong understanding ofclinical data management
• Experienceworking with SaaS vendors
• The ability toconnectpeople andcreateshared understandingand direction
• CompletedVeevaEDC course
