We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the administrative operations of our Services division due growth. This in-person office-based role ensures that every service project is properly scheduled documented billed and closed out. The Coordinator serves as a central point of organization between customers field technicians and internal team with positioning to grow into a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technician schedules in collaboration with shop and operations personnel
Maintain comprehensive job documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Process change orders billing and customer invoices
Record labor materials and project costs within company systems
Submit inspection reports and compliance documentation by required deadlines
Respond to customer inquiries before during and after service work
Prepare project status updates for project managers and leadership
Manage vendor and supplier documentation

Qualifications

1 year of experience in construction or engineering within administrative or project management adjacent role
Proficiency with project tracking and documentation software
Demonstrated ability to coordinate between customers and field personnel
Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
