Job Summary
- Draft and advise on complex agreements for clients in a broad range of industries.
- Oversee legal research and provide advice and legal support to clients in multiple industries including Banking & finance capital markets intellectual property & entertainment technology & startups real estate logistics and FMCG; Dispute resolution Debt recovery data privacy etc.
- Support clients with transaction negotiation attend meetings and other clients engagements.
- Oversee the conduct of data privacy audits and handle other regulatory preparation and submission of license applications and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Provide legal advisory and transactional support on capital market deals including the structuring documentation and regulatory compliance of public offerings private placements and other securities-related transactions.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law with practical experience
- Proactive and organized approach to serving handling multiple tasks and clients

- Strong understanding of SEC rules NGX listing requirements and corporate governance codes.
