As a National Corporate Security Manager you will play a pivotal role in protecting PwC Canada from physical security threats by overseeing robust risk assessment programs ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and enabling business operations through practical security solutions. You will lead the development and implementation of policies training and reporting that enhance the firms resilience and preparedness.The Opportunity:

Manage the Security Threat and Risk Program systematicallyidentifyingsecurity risks and recommending cost-effective remediation strategies
Align risk assessmentmethodologyand guidance to Network Standards execute assessments and act on results
Review PwC hosted events to ensure theappropriate securitycontrols are in place to mitigate any security and safety concerns to PwC
Provide in-person physical security support to event plannersfor PwC hosted events when.
Develop andmaintainsecurity-related policies standards and guidelines ensuring ongoing compliance
Establish and oversee a quality assurance program tomonitorand enhance security program effectiveness
Develop andmaintainoperational reports gathering key metrics tomonitorprogram growth and resilience
Inform leadership of trends emerging threats and mitigation recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Monitor public and social platforms for physical/life safety threats reputational risks and emerging trends near firm assets
Assistwith investigations emergency management planning international travel reviews and special security projects as

Ample hands-on experience in physical security management and Security Threat and Risk Assessment Methodology
Advanced understanding of physical security concepts technologies andconducting effective open-source investigations
Technical knowledge in developing and enhancing operational reports
Proficiencyin Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI for workflow automation process optimization and data visualization
Experience in leading investigationsconducting interviews and supportingexecutive protection
Excellent discretion communication and organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in challenging situations
Experience with business continuity management and travel security risk management are considered assets
Security industry related diploma or degree and certifications such as CPP PSPAPPor CPTED are an asset

The salary range for this position is $80100 - $133600.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
