Position Summary
As a Lottery Program Coordinator with BUMP you will directly assist a BUMP charitable partner (Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation) in enhancing an already established digital lottery program. BUMPs partners include numerous hospital foundations and major charitable organizations across North America. The work you will do as part of the lottery program will have a tangible and positive impact as the funds raised are re-invested into vital healthcare initiatives and community wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BUMPs Digital Raffle Solution.
- Develop knowledge of AGCO raffle regulations.
- Shopifys eCommerce Platform
- Partner Communication and Coordination
- Communicate and track partner requirements with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software Development Quality Assurance Marketing Teams Marketing Agencies and third-party vendors).
- Data Management & Reporting
- Support the Sr. Lottery Program Manager by developing and maintaining dashboards reports and models for performance tracking and forecasting.
- Provide regular audit KPI and post-program reports.
- Lottery Program Management
- Support the Sr. Lottery Program Manager with the management of end-to-end lottery operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations (e.g. AGCO) and internal policies.
- Program & Project Management
- Coordinate timelines and dependencies across teams vendors and stakeholders.
- Assist in facilitating status meetings
- System Administration
- Ensure readiness of technology infrastructure and processes for program launches.
- Conducting of system testing and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining subscription management systems.
- Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Provide advisory support for lottery strategy development and innovation.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and identify emerging opportunities.
- Assist in roadmap planning and pilot new products or features.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage relationships with subcontractors prize suppliers and third-party vendors.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for program success.
Qualifications :
Mandatory Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English (speak read write)
- Able to travel within the province 1-2 times/month (GTA region (customer site) and Ottawa (corporate site))
Minimum Qualifications
- College diploma in business administration marketing (or similar)
- 1 year of experience in sales account management administrative or coordinator position
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization/time management/prioritization skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing (or similar)
- Knowledge of the eCommerce platforms and trends
- Familiarity with Android and iOS based operating systems
