Job Summary

This position seeks a dynamic and goal-driven Personal Lines Producer to join the team. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients providing personalized insurance solutions and driving growth in the personal lines insurance portfolio. This position is suited for individuals who excel in client-facing environments and are passionate about helping individuals and families protect their assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients for personal insurance lines including auto homeowners renters and other personal policies.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Assess and analyze clients insurance requirements with a focus on providing tailored solutions to protect their personal assets.
• Handle policy inquiries renewals endorsements claim-related questions and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cross-sell and up-sell additional coverage options to enhance revenue growth ensuring the best interests of clients are prioritized.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure alignment of insurance solutions with company policies and guidelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends insurance products and compliance requirements.
• Meet individual and team sales targets contributing to the companys goal of providing exceptional service and solutions.
• Participate in networking events community engagements and outreach efforts to build relationships and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Proven track record in sales customer service or similar client-facing roles preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to build genuine client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using insurance software tools and basic office applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude and a dedication to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
