Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and service-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and team-focused organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive and coaching-focused workplace.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience a strong service background and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office and remote work after the training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts including renewals and policy changes.
- Handle all service-related tasks with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with senior agents and team members to ensure seamless client support.
- Utilize EzLynx software for account management and processing.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines account management or a related field.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached.
- Familiarity with EzLynx software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
