Job Summary
P&C Operations
- Ensure Minor Hotels P&C policies procedures and standards are consistently implemented and continuously improved
- Support daily HR operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate all work permits visas and government documentation
- Maintain accurate confidential employment records for all team members
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage and support the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning to onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements in a timely manner
- Manage job postings recruitment channels and candidate databases
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Employee Communications
- Facilitate effective communication of company updates and initiatives
- Promote communication channels to encourage employee engagement and feedback
- Support grievance handling and maintain positive employee relations
- Assist in organizing engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
Employee Accommodation & Transport
- Coordinate team member accommodation facilities and transportation
- Ensure accommodation standards are maintained in line with company policies
- Address and resolve accommodation and transport-related concerns
Employee Relations
- Assist in disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies
- Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations matters
- Ensure fair consistent and compliant handling of employee issues
Compensation & Benefits
- Support implementation of corporate compensation and benefits policies
- Ensure accurate administration of salaries allowances and benefits
- Assist in managing incentive and bonus schemes
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance in all C&B processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 23 years of HR experience preferably within the hospitality industry with exposure to remote resort operations
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Good understanding of Maldivian Labour Law (Employment Act) and regulations related to expatriate employment including work permits visa processing and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HR systems; experience with Oracle Fusion (Fusion system) is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members across all levels and nationalities
- Well-developed organizational coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic resort setting
- High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality
