About the Role
NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead the Spa & Wellness operations at NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences for guests while ensuring efficient spa operations strong team leadership and achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Spa ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Lead train and motivate the spa team including therapists and spa attendants.
Manage spa reservations treatment schedules and guest consultations.
Ensure all treatments are delivered in line with brand standards and wellness protocols.
Drive spa revenue through retail sales promotions and guest engagement.
Monitor inventory levels spa products and operational supplies.
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards within the spa facilities.
Prepare reports track performance and manage departmental budgets.
Work closely with Front Office Sales and Guest Experience teams to promote spa services.
Qualifications :
Minimum 35 years of experience in Spa management within a hotel or luxury resort environment.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments wellness programs and retail operations.
Excellent leadership communication and guest engagement skills.
Experience in managing spa revenue and team performance.
Passion for wellness hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
