F&B Manager

The Role

This is not a traditional F&B Manager role.

At Anantara Bazaruto food and beverage is theatre storytelling and connection. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands luxury in a barefoot settingwhere refinement meets authenticity and every moment feels effortless yet deeply considered.

You will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences leading from the floor developing talent and partnering closely with the Executive Chef to bring our culinary vision to life.

  You and the Chef operate as one team ensuring seamless delivery of concept to guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all F&B operations with a guest-experience-first mindset
• Drive service standards aligned to barefoot luxury
• Coach mentor and develop a high-performing service-driven team
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on concepts menus and storytelling
• Elevate the bar program and beverage experiences
• Ensure consistency across all outletsfrom beach service to fine dining
• Embed a culture of ownership accountability and pride

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager (or strong Assistant stepping up) in luxury hospitality
• Strong bar and beverage background (non-negotiable)
• A natural host and storyteller
• Passion for developing people and building teams
• Hands-on adaptable and comfortable in a remote island environment
• Deep understanding of guest experience not just operations
• Energy warmth and presence
