National Field Training Manager – Patient Services Access Team
Job Summary
The National Training Manager (NTM) will support the Complete Pro CSS organization in the design and delivery of training solutions. A NTM ensures both Training & Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented in all training programs and solutions. This role is accountable to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and manage multiple stakeholders at various levels. The role requires a high level of performance coaching strategy alignment/execution and application of training fundamentals to enhance performance learning of participants.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Designs develops and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships
- Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the Franchise training to limit duplicative efforts
- Demonstrates direct and open communication to key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment
- Provides candid and specific verbal & written feedback to training participants resulting in their awareness of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance
- Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individuals
- Develops Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by providing them a meaningful role during foundational training and ongoing learning
- Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into franchise team business plans
- Leads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special projects within training organization
- Assists with the on-boarding development and mentorship of other NFTs and leads through teamwork cultivating and maintaining positive peer-to-peer relationships
- Executes with little guidance and/or direction from senior leadership

Qualifications :
Basic:
- Bachelors degree
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Proven experience in development and use of critical learning/teaching platforms ( Rise Articulate iSpring)
- Experience working within and utilizing LMS
- 5 years of field experience in pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist with extensive knowledge of the medical buy-and-bill process
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211 cGMP)
- Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
- High performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategy
- Proven ability to integrate business trends brand strategies and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organization
Preferred:
- Masters Degree
- Prior access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill products
- Knowledge and exposure to health sciences market access and/or account management is preferred

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
