Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recruit train and develop staff to deliver outstanding service
• Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold company standards
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
