- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold company standards
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgeting and forecasting
- Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
