Job Summary
What You Will Do
- Onboarding New Agents to Travel Super Mall b2b platform.
- Retaining existing business through personal relationships with our agency partners at all levels for our business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities for incremental business.
- Regular sales visits to support agents on site and provide online training and introducing new products to upscale agency sale.
- Coordinating with the support department to resolve issues promptly.
- Providing market insight and sales reports to the manager on daily basis.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the Travel industry is essential.
- Must be data-driven with a strong understanding of data to pull business insight out of it.
- Were looking for someone ambitious self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent business communication skills.
- Significant experience in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales management is required.
- Proven experience in developing new and existing sales within the region ideally with an online B2B travel platform or other domain from Travel Space.
- Demonstrated sales skills and a strong track record in the local travel industry are key.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies products and procedures is important.
- Willingness to travel regularly for work-related trips.
- Complete fluency in both English and the local language is necessary.
