Job Summary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with technical integration activities and documentation under supervision.
Support partner onboarding by reviewing basic API specifications and resolving minor issues.
Participate in user testing logging bugs and following up with development teams.
Maintain and update test scripts for APIs and integration scenarios.
Create simple documentation for internal process flows and routine tasks.
Perform basic data analysis and report preparation to support decision-making.
Monitor project tasks and escalate delays or quality issues.
Stay informed on relevant tools and technologies applicable to Payarena systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: First degree (2:2 minimum or upper credit) in Computer Science IT Mathematics or Engineering fields.
Others: Entry-level IT/technical certifications (e.g. ITIL Scrum Fundamentals API testing tools) are an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience
