CAHSS / School of History Classics and Archaeology.

Guaranteed hours: 15 hours.

Fixed term Contract: Starting June 2026 until 10th March 2027.

The role will entail performing administrative tasks relating to research teaching and academic administration. This will involve downloading material from university systems; managing digital content related to research teaching and administration; editing formatting and transcribing written and audio-visual research and teaching materials; and accessing/reproducing material from libraries/archives.

This post is a guaranteed hours fixed term post until the 10th March 2027. We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

This post is primarily aimed at University of Edinburgh PhDand MSc students.
