About the role

This full-time permanent role is based in Adelaide South Australia. As a Lecturer Level A (Teaching Scholar) inLeadershipyou will contribute to high-quality teaching academic supportscholarshipand continuous program improvement across AIBs business qualifications.

You willbe responsible fordelivering engaging online teachingmaintainingacademic standards developing learning materials and supporting students throughout their studies. You will alsoparticipatein scholarship and professional development activities that enhance your disciplineexpertiseand academic practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning materials and assessments
• Facilitate engagingonline webinars and discussions
• Provide academic support to postgraduate students
• Mark and moderate assessments
• Contribute to subject and course improvements
• Participate in scholarly and academic activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and online facilitators

About you

• PhD in Leadership (or Human Resource Management)
• Experience teaching Leadership/HR at postgraduate level
• Strong online teaching andwebinarfacilitation skills
• Experience in Australian higher education
• A student-first mindset with excellent communication skills
