We are partnered with a small boutique CPA firm in Denver CO that is looking to add a Tax Associate to its growing team. This is not a traditional CPA firm environmentthe firm values flexibility collaboration and sustainable workloads while providing high-quality tax and advisory services to its clients.

This role is ideal for someone with 13 years of public accounting experience who is looking to grow technically gain client exposure and build a long-term career within a supportive firm.

What Youll Be Doing

• Prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals and businesses including and 1120S
• Support tax planning efforts for individuals and closely held businesses
• Communicate with clients to gather information answer questions and support the tax process
• Assist with accounting and financial reporting tasks as needed (GL reconciliations financial statements)
• Work closely with senior accountants and leadership in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Continue developing technical tax skills while expanding client-facing experience

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 13 years of experience in public accounting (tax-focused)
• Exposure to individual and business tax returns
• Comfortable communicating with clients and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Interest in long-term growth within a CPA firm
• CPA-track or Masters in Accounting preferred (not required) Bachelors Degree in Accounting

• Hybrid role based in Denver CO with the ability to work more remotely
