About this Private Practice Opportunity:

A thriving doctor-led optometry practice seeks a dedicated Optometrist to join its supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who values autonomy and a close-knit environment.

Schedule:

• MondayThursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm
• Occasional half-day Saturdays (every couple of months)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $165000$175000
• Earn bonuses based on a percentage of net revenue from your patients including optical sales
• Sign-on bonus: $10000

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fittings
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow best clinical practices.
