The Strategic Account Manager isresponsiblefor managing key account portfolios.Theyare responsible formaintainingstrong client relationships providingcommercial door and hardwareexpertiseand suggesting innovative solutions resulting in increased profitability.
Duties/Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
Communicates withclientsand leads toidentifyandunderstandtheircommercial door and hardware needs/expectations;identifiesandsuggestsproducts and services to meet those needs; ensuressatisfaction.
Identifyingnew business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
Handling clientchallengesand finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
Other Duties as assigned
MinimumRequirements
Experiencein the Door Frame and Hardware Industrya plus
Associates orbachelorsdegree in businessorarelated degree preferred
DHI Certifications a plus
Experience working inComsenseis a plus.
Knowledge of door hardware hollow metal wood doors STC FSC and Leed.
Knowledge of building codes as they relate to door frame and hardware applications such as fire codes
