THE ROLE

On behalf of Epic Emerald Zebra team is looking for Premium Service Account Manager in Nicosia Larnaca Limassol and Paphos who will mange our premium customer segment ensuring a hg quality and personalised customer experience. this role acts as a key relationship owner diving satisfaction loyalty and long term value through exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships understanding customer needs and promoting the adoption of our elite telecommunications offering in lie with company standards. and service excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop launch and manage the premium mobile plan proposition for highvalue individuals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium customers delivering whiteglove service and personalized support.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales technical support customer care network) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and onboard new highvalue prospects supporting the Sales Director in business development initiatives.
  • Monitor service performance customer feedback and usage trends to continuously enhance the premium offering.
  • Manage escalations and ensure swift resolution of any issues affecting VIP customers.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for this elite customer segment.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality Private Banking or Senior Account Management. Telecommunications experience is a plus but a service-first mindset is mandatory.
  • Absolute commitment to client privacy and data security.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (Russian is a significant advantage in the Cyprus HNI market).
  • A get it done attitude.



The budget for this position is approximately 3000 gross plus 800 monthly commissions on 100% achievement rate.
