Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap
- Ability to design and manage CRM journeys across app web email SMS WhatsApp and push notifications
- Experience in customer segmentation funnel analysis retention campaigns reactivation campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Ability to build campaign flows user journeys triggers cohorts and automated engagement campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer data events attributes and behavioral analytics
- Experience working with product marketing data and tech teams
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Understanding of CRM KPIs such as retention churn engagement conversions repeat usage and LTV
Additional Technical Understanding Preferred:
- Exposure to GCP Google Cloud Platform especially where customer data app data or analytics integrations are involved
- Understanding of BigQuery data pipelines event tracking and CRM data integrations would be a plus
- Ability to coordinate with data/engineering teams for event mapping user attributes and campaign tracking setup
