Job Purpose
The CRM Pro Associate is responsible for supporting the effective implementation and management of CRM initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on collecting validating and analyzing customer and sales data to ensure accuracy and reliability within the CRM system. It also involves coordinating with regional and local teams to drive CRM adoption maintain data quality through regular cleansing and support targeted marketing and sales efforts. The position aims to enhance customer engagement improve data-driven decision-making and strengthen overall business performance through efficient CRM practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Roll out of CRM Pro & CRM Retail
- Co-ordination with the regional team for executing as per regional guidelines
- Upgradation of pipeline from time to time for projects business
- Data cleansing activity to be done every quarter
- Liasioning with the local regional teams for execution of MOP activity and validating the data uploaded onto the CRM portal
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across organization with the view to retaining existing customers increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
- Making sure that the customer data base is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience working as a Business/Data Analyst Excellent communication and analytical skills
Education
Minium Bachelors Degree
