TO: All Kettering City School District locations and outside locations as designated by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Capital
POSITION: TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR
Effective upon appointment
LOCATION: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT/KETTERING CITY SCHOOLS
GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a 260-day contract 12 months
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List:
- Directs and supervises all district transportation activities
- Develops training programs and inservice for drivers
- Coordinates all bus routes
- Assigns bus routes and field trip assignments
- Supervises Transportation staff
QUALIFICATIONS Partial List:
- Prior related experience
- Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills (Knowledge of Veratrans preferred)
- Class B CDL with P&S endorsements required
SALARY: According to approved administrative salary schedule
