Location: Chandler or Scottsdale AZ (Hybrid)
We are partnered with a highly respected midsized CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area with offices in Chandler and Scottsdale. The firm is seeking a fulltime Audit Supervisor who values collaboration enjoys problemsolving and wants to grow within a supportive peoplefirst environment.

The Role
As an Audit Supervisor you will take a handson leadership role in client engagements serving as a key link between partners clients and audit staff. This is a step beyond Seniorlevel responsibilities and ideal for someone ready to supervise engagements and mentor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary client contact on assigned engagements
- Apply strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation
- Research and resolve accounting and auditrelated issues
- Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by staff and seniors
- Supervise train and mentor audit team members
- Develop a deep understanding of each clients business operations
- Support additional accounting and advisory services as needed
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 46 years of public accounting audit experience
- Active CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA license)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting
- Prior experience acting as an incharge Senior or Supervisor
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Professional dependable and teamoriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Commitment to delivering highquality client service
