Experience:
- Take full ownership of the IT function managing daytoday operations and longterm planning
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure systems hardware and software
- Proactively identify IT gaps risks and inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Ensure system security data protection backups and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users as required
- Manage IT vendors suppliers and service providers
- Develop and maintain IT policies processes and documentation
- Support business growth by recommending and implementing new technologies
- Operate independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business
- 35 years of relevant IT experience ideally within a hightech or technologydriven environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT operations independently
- Experience identifying IT risks solving problems proactively and implementing solutions
- Strong understanding of general IT infrastructure networks systems and security principles
