The Role
We are seeking a psychologist who is committed to highquality evidencebased practice and wants to work in an environment where excellence is expected and supported.
You will:
- Provide psychological services across a varied caseload aligned with your interests and strengths (must be willing to work with children)
- Work with professional autonomy while aligning with shared clinical standards
- Participate in regular individual supervision peer consultation and ongoing development
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clientsfamilies and referrers.
- Contribute thoughtfully to a collaborative supportive and highperforming team
This role is intentionally flexible and is suitable for psychologists at different career stages. Caseload responsibilities and development opportunities are shaped around your experience interests and goals.
Optional / Growth Opportunities (based on interest and readiness):
- Supporting provisional psychologists or earlycareer clinicians
- Developing a niche area (e.g. assessments neurodiversity child & family work EMDR)
- Future pathways into supervision or leadership roles

Youll be supported by an experienced leadership & administration team including a fulltime onsite Principal Psychologist and a clinic culture that prioritises supervision and growth.

Essential Criteria
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Psychology
- General Registration with AHPRA (our provisional roles for 2026 have been filled)
- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
- Professional indemnity insurance
Experience or developing focus in:
- Interest in working with children adolescents and families
- Interest in working with neurodivergent presentations
- Evidencebased approaches (CBT ACT DBT Schema EMDR etc.)
Strong communication organisation and timemanagement skills are essential.
Desirable
- Interest in supervision or future leadership pathways
- Endorsement in Clinical and/or Educational & Developmental Psychology
- Assessment and/or report writing
