About you

• You have at least 3 years experience providing psychological therapy
• Youre confident working with complexity (e.g.: trauma comorbidity) and bring strong clinical judgement and boundaries
• You value ongoing personal and professional development and you seek feedback to continuously sharpen your practice
• You enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contributing to a strong supportive practice culture
• Youre down-to-earth enjoy a good laugh and appreciate the opportunity to connect with colleagues
• Youre looking for a group practice with great administrative support and clinical leadership so you can focus your energy on client work
• You may have an interest in mentoring or supervising others and would enjoy building your skills in these areas with the support of great clinical supervisors. This could involve working towards becoming a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor which wed be happy to support!

About the role

We have part-time and full-time employee opportunities available for experienced psychologists who are committed to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-responsive practice.

Experience or interest in one or more of the following areas whilst not essential will be highly regarded:

• EMDR and/or other trauma focused therapy approaches
• Child therapy (we typically work with children aged 6)
• Couples therapy (including interest in working with neurodiverse couples)
• Eating disorder treatment

Employee roles are available part-time or full-time with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week at our Mount Pleasant and/or Canning Vale locations.
