About the RoleThis role places you at the centre of a real active team delivering telehealth psychology services to NDIS participants Medicare Better Access clients and GP-referred individuals across Australia. You will carry a supported caseload from day one. You work from home but you are never working alone. Our team meets regularly shares cases and keeps each other sharp. You will be directly supervised by a board-approved senior psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience across private practice the Australian Army disability services and corrective services.Whether you are on the 42 or 51 internship pathway your supervision hours case variety and professional development are taken seriously here. Not treated as an afterthought. We want you to become an excellent psychologist and we have built this role to make that happen.Role DetailsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Work from Home (Australia-wide)Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (inclusive of paid break and lunch)Salary: $75000 $80000 per annum Superannuation (board-approved supervisionincluded)Pay Cycle: FortnightlyApplications To: Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments including intake interviews and psychometrictesting with clients via telehealth platforms.Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as CBT ACTDBT and Schema Therapy in alignment with your training and competency.Develop implement and review individualised treatment plans aligned with client goals and best-practice clinical guidelines.Maintain accurate timely and professional clinical documentation including session notes psychological reports and referrer correspondence in accordance with AHPRA and organisational standards.Participate in structured individual and group supervision sessions with a board- approved senior supervising psychologist in compliance with Psychology Board of Australia requirements for the 42 or 51 internship pathway.Engage in ongoing reflective practice and professional development to build clinical competency throughout the supervision period.Liaise professionally with referrers including GPs psychiatrists and NDIS coordinators as well as other allied health professionals involved in client care.Adhere to confidentiality obligations mandatory reporting requirements and ethical standards set by the APS Code of Ethics and AHPRA.Manage your clinical caseload and scheduling in collaboration with Therapursuits administrative support team.Contribute actively to a positive collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.Essential RequirementsCurrent provisional registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.Completion of an APAC-accredited postgraduate psychology qualification (Masters Doctorate or eligibility for the 42 internship pathway).Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct inaccordance with AHPRA guidelines.Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential client sessions.Proficient with (or willing to quickly learn) telehealth platforms and practice management software.A genuine passion for mental health client wellbeing and continuous professional growth.DesirableExperience or training in clinical areas such as trauma anxiety disorders ADHD NDIS or child and adolescent populations.Familiarity with Medicare Better Access requirements Mental Health Care Plans and NDIS funding frameworks.Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly regarded.What We OfferBoard-Approved Supervision Included: Your supervisor is a senior registered psychologist and Psychology Board-approved supervisor with clinical experience spanning private practice the Australian Army Queensland Corrective Services disability services and NDIS.
