Position Summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people living with dementia Reporting to the Education/Consulting Lead Alzheimers WA is seeking an experiencedDementia Consultant to lead strategic initiatives drive innovation and champion best-practice dementia care across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that position Alzheimers WA as a leader in dementia care.
  • Meet service agreements and grant funding budgets reporting requirements and drive outcomes
  • Lead research and data-driven projects to inform service delivery and enhance outcomes.
  • Liaise with and build industry Dementia Change Champions through a scholarship program
  • Build and nurture stakeholder relationships representing Alzheimers WA with professionalism and integrity.
  • Guide campaigns and key activities increasing awareness and driving growth in line with our strategic plan.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in social sciences human services aged care or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of best-practice dementia care and quality assurance principles.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts meet deadlines and complete reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related tools.
  • Experience in health or aged care regional service delivery and understanding of Support at Home frameworks is preferred.
