Sales Consultant

Clarendon Homes part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) and one of Australias leadingresidential home builders is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Rochedale Arise one of South-East Queenslands busiest and most established display home locations.

As a Sales Consultant you will be at the forefront of the customer journey guiding buyers through one of lifes most important decisions building their new home. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a fastpaced highvolume environment and is ready to capitalise on strong enquiry levels and demand for a premium product. By delivering a professional consultative sales experience you will play a key role in driving results while building lastingcustomer relationships.

What youll do:

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the Rochedale Arise display centre delivering a premium brand experience
• Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to signed contract
• Build strong rapport with customers and guide them confidently through the new home selection process
• Present home designs inclusions and upgrade options with clarity and confidence
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
• Work a rotating roster from Thursday to Monday (weekend work essential)

About you

To be successful you will bring:

• Proven experience in new home sales within the project home building industry (essential)
• Strong closing capability and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional approach
• High levels of organisation motivation and resilience in a high-volume setting
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
