The role:

We currently have an opportunity for an EA/Rostering Coordinatorto join the organisationandbe a key member ofCareFlightsclinical teaminourEastern Operations.

Reporting to theGeneral Manager- Clinicalyour keyobjectiveswill beto:

  • Manageclinical rostering timesheets/payrollrecencyand training elements tomaintainclinical service delivery for the Eastern Clinical Team.
  • Provide administrative support to the National Medical Director and the General Manager Clinical.
  • Assistingwith effective onboarding and induction of NSW Registrars each term (February and August).
  • Support NSW Clinical Management Team and NSW Clinical Staff asrequired
  • Assistwith data collection and reporting to support clinical KPIs quality improvement initiatives and service reviews.
  • Prepare CareFlightclinical records for release in line with policy and legislative requirements.
  • Coordinatelogisticsfor clinical training education events and simulation activities.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years operations oradministration experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing andmaintainingcomplexroster systems and payroll systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsanddemonstratedability to develop relationships
  • Demonstratedability to work under pressureworking in a complex environment with changing priorities
  • A proactive approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines withgood timemanagement skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Desirable

  • Previousexperiencegained from the aviation health and / or not-for-profit sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or relevant equivalent experience
