Role: Social Creative Lead

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client we are looking for a Social Creative Lead with a wealth of experience and expertise creative paid and organic social comms for big brands across all of the major social platforms.

We are looking for someone who can join our team to work both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual social campaigns across our clients brands to pulling together meaty global social playbooks to inform the brands social presence across the globe. So experience of doing this and helping lead and bring clients along the journey is a must.This is a great opportunity to work within a growing team creating impactful communications.

A strong understanding ofconceptualsocialcreativesocial platformsand digitalbest practiceis as essential as the experience to execute projects of allsizes andcomplete them with resourcefulness and dedication. The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations insocial with a desire tocreate impactful best in class stand out digital work. Absolute knowledge of all major social media platforms isa mustas well as an understanding and desire totailor creative ideas for be from adigital/socialbackground with around10years experience. The role is fast paced and responsiveworking across multiple different projects and clients within theteam.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Work on projects from start to finish working collaborativelywith the teamonideationassetcreationand implementation.
  • Work very closely with our social strategist to bring the work to life
  • Produce creative work with a clear rationale toaccompanythe work.
  • Be a brand guardianfor Reckitt.
  • Createdigital assetssocialmedia assetsvideosGIFs MEMEs and different event and campaign collateral
  • Pulling together decks toshowcaseyour work to the clients and include best in class creative references to help sell it in.
  • Using existing assets and stock imagery tocome up withrelevant and up to date content.
  • Keeping up to date with currentdigital and creativetrends.
  • Create workto the clients brief and exacting standards.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Proactivelymonitorqualityaccuracyand consistency.
  • Look for ways to develop newcreativewithin the guidelinesmarketingand production opportunities.
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of thecreativeteam.
  • Complete timesheets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strongconceptual skills and an understanding of class leadingsocialcampaigns and why they work
  • Passionate aboutdigital& social media and understand the latest innovationsacross platforms.
  • Love working in a fast-paced adaptable environment.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communicationskills able to express themselves clearly.
  • Ability to adhere to internal processes including following brand guidelines.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Desire to learn and offer new skills and do this without being prompted.
  • A background insocial media implementation and creative.
  • Be able to put a convincing and crafted creative deck together
  • Very goodat convincing and leading clients
