Your Impact

TheAssociateChief of Staff (CoS) to theSVP Global Engineeringis a critical role that combines strategic leadership and operational excellence to be a trusted advisor and recognized leader on the team. The role is primarily responsible for tacklingtheSVPGlobal Engineeringsmost important priorities through the orchestration of activities owned by various constituents across the entire organization. This is a highly visible and collaborative role that is instrumentaltothe success of the overall organization.

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor tothe SVP Global Engineering helping to define prioritize and operationalize theEngineeringstrategy. Partner closely with senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment with businessobjectivesand drive keyEngineeringinitiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational rhythm of theEngineeringfunction including managing the calendar meeting agendas and strategic planning processes. Driveefficienciesand process improvements withinGlobal Engineering.
  • Consultative Leadership: Provide consultingexpertiseand thought leadershipwiththeEngineeringteam and business leadersleveraginginsights and data to inform decision-making and implement best practices inEngineering.
  • Performance Metrics:Monitorand report onEngineeringperformance metrics ensuring theEngineeringfunction is delivering value to the business. Use data-driven insights toidentifytrends challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication and Alignment:Partner with the GPTOs Corporatecommunicationsbusiness partner to manage andfacilitatecommunication and alignment across theEngineeringleadership team. Prepare briefing materials presentations and reports for key meetingsand run the Engineering Town Halls.
  • Change Agent: Act as a champion for culture and change supportingthe SVP Global Engineeringin driving a high-performance culture across the organization. Influence and leadchangemanagement efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders across the organization working collaboratively to address challenges align on priorities and driveEngineeringinitiatives that support business outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Own planning and internal business operations for top management initiatives;monitorand drive all key programs and initiatives across theEngineeringorganization to ensure rigorous disciplined follow-through and alignment to Anaplan strategic priorities
  • Master story-telling abilities that can be translated to creating and delivering clear compelling and convincing presentations backed by robust analytical insight
  • Comfortable with reviewing robust materials analyzingand distilling down to critical insights and collaborate to recommend execution plans
  • Own key operational rhythms/processes (ie. weekly team meetingsoffsites planning sessions etc.) including preparing the agendafacilitatingdiscussions documenting notes/action items and any follow-up
  • Develop and maintainsolid working relationships with senior leaders and all owners of key initiatives and programs across Anaplan
  • Strong data analysis skills to identifyareas of improvement across the organization and make actionable recommendations; act as thought partner toSVP Global Engineeringand other leaders proactivelyidentifyingopportunities for growth and efficiency

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in applicable field; MBA preferred
  • Adept ability to identifyand solve problems across multiple domains
  • Proficient public speaker and presenter
  • Successful track recordin stakeholder management across all levels
  • Strong demonstration of grit and taking deep ownership
  • Previousexperience in SaaS environment; preference for experience in both public and private-equity-owned environments
  • Superior Powerpointskills
