As an Admissions Officer youre the first proper conversation a family has with CGA. Youll guide parents and students through their options run academic assessments and help them decide whether CGA is the right fit. Its part consultative sales part trusted advisor part long-term relationship builder. Youll own your pipeline from first conversation through to enrolment and stay close to families as they settle in.
What youll be doing
Sales and consultations:
Hit your sales targets by guiding families through CGAs offering with care and clarity
Run consultations and academic assessments in a way that reflects our brand
Pitch CGAs programmes to prospective students and parents using our sales process
Build genuine professional relationships with families
Onboard new students cleanly into the service team
Stay in touch with existing families and let them know when we have new options that might suit them
Resolve concerns quickly so families feel looked after
Keep getting better at your craft and stay across whats happening in the education space
Business development and lead generation:
Work with marketing to spot opportunities for campaigns and events based on what youre hearing from families
Represent CGA at school talks careers expos and webinars
Find and own new partnership opportunities and untapped markets
Attend relevant industry events and bring market insights back to the team
Generate leads through networking referrals and your own relationships
Sales administration:
Keep your CRM up to date every day
Submit accurate sales reports on time
Help train new team members where you can
Work closely with Accounts so payments are smooth
Share local market knowledge with the global sales and marketing team
Suggest ways we can improve our sales process
Pull together insights on what families are asking for what competitors are doing and where we have product opportunities
What were looking for
A genuine interest in education and student pathways
Strong consultative sales experience ideally in EdTech education or another considered high-value sale
Confident communicator who can talk to parents and students with equal ease
Self-motivated and organised. You can own your pipeline without being chased
Comfortable with CRM tools and a process-driven sales approach
Curious resourceful and happy to roll your sleeves up in a fast-moving team
