Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Rollout Expert for an international project in the Manufacturing / Energy sector. The role focuses on the rollout of a Tool & Equipment Management solution for industrial service processes.
This is a global role mainly remote with occasional on-site meetings in Europe especially in Germany for interviews or workshops.
Gather and analyse business requirements from service processes across various country organisations
Consolidate requirements from multiple international stakeholders
Support the internal project manager during the rollout
Assist with vendor management communication and coordination
Support change management activities related to the implementation
Prepare and facilitate workshops with business units and country organisations
Translate business requirements into clear IT- and rollout-related work packages
Support the implementation of a Tool & Equipment Management solution in a complex international environment
Strong know-how in industrial service processes within large multinational organisations
Experience as a Business Analyst Rollout Expert IT Project Manager or in a comparable role
Proven experience in large and complex IT/application rollout projects
Good understanding of service processes equipment management tool management or field-service-related processes
Experience in requirements gathering consolidation and stakeholder alignment
Experience working with internal project managers business stakeholders and external software or implementation partners
Business fluent English written and spoken
Structured independent and communicative working style
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe especially to Germany
