Position: Alfabet Developer/Architect

Location: Reston VA(Remote)

Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Configuration
Own end to end configuration of BizzDesign / Alfabet across APM TPM and EA domains
Configure TIME scoring models indicators weights and dashboards
Manage meta model extensions object relationships views and reports
Ensure alignment with EA standards governance and decision frameworks

Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Enable and operationalize TIME based portfolio analysis
Support application rationalization modernization and elimination use cases
Partner with architects and portfolio teams to interpret signals and resolve data gaps
Continuously improve scoring logic based on data maturity and business feedback

Data Integration & Quality
Integrate Alfabet with enterprise systems of record (e.g. CMDB Finance Risk EPR)
Drive data quality completeness and traceability across EA datasets
Define rules for computed vs user maintained data and data governance guardrails

Governance & Decision Enablement
Enable architecture review portfolio and investment governance workflows
Ensure EA outputs are decision ready not just documented
Provide clear lineage from data insight recommendation

Enablement & Adoption
Train and support architects and portfolio users
Create job aids guidance and best practices for Alfabet usage
Act as the primary point of contact for EA platform enhancements and backlog intake

Vendor & Release Management
Partner with BizzDesign on upgrades roadmap planning and issue resolution
Validate releases in sandbox environments and coordinate production deployments
Balance innovation with platform stability and predictability

Required Skills & Experience
5 10 years in Enterprise Architecture APM or Technology Strategy
Hands on experience with BizzDesign / Alfabet (APM TIME dashboards)
Strong understanding of:
o Application modernization and rationalization
o EA governance and portfolio decisioning
o Data driven architecture practices
Experience integrating EA tools with upstream/downstream enterprise systems
Ability to communicate complex architecture insights to executive and non technical audiences

Nice to Have
Experience with ARIS / EPR ServiceNow CMDB or financial systems
Exposure to AI assisted analytics or architecture automation
Prior role as EA product owner or EA platform lead
