Job Summary
Job Role: ServiceNow Developer / Architect
Location: Columbus Ohio (Possibility for hybrid)
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes enhance automation and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Perform platform configuration customization and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development customization and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of ITSM ITOM or ITBM modules.
